For a full refund, cancellations need to be submitted in writing to the Host no later than the registration deadline (4/20/26). Cancellations after that date will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. A $15 processing fee will be deducted for all cancellations. Refunds will be processed the week following the conference. There are no refunds for not attending.
