About NAQG
The North American Quilling Guild (NAQG) has a long and rich history of celebrating the art of quilling. Founded in 2000 by a group of dedicated quilling enthusiasts who came together to share their love of this lovely art form.
The NAQG is committed to providing support and assistant to others quillers to perfect their quilling technique. The community shares information, patterns, techniques and tips of this highly versatile and rewarding form of artistic expression.
The NAQG publishes a newsletter, Quill America, which includes pictures of quilling patterns, hints and serves as a forum for quillers to share ideas. An annual conference is held at a different venue each year where quillers can attend workshops, display their work and compete. Check our website for information about the next NAQGCON.
To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the NAQG forty-five members from around the globe quilled flowers, many of them characteristic of their locale, as a floral tribute. Special thank you to Helen Pierce, who conceived of the anniversary project. Images of the final product can be seen here.
The NAQG is an independent organization, not affiliated with, nor in competition with The Qulling Guild in the United Kingdom. All guilds are dedicated to promoting and preserving this unique and beautiful art form.
