No conference is successful without members willing to share their knowledge. We are looking for volunteers to teach and hold demos. Interested? Fill out our Instructor registration form. Not quite sure yet? Fill out the form anyway and just note that you aren’t sure. The hostess will contact you to go over what is expected and help you decide on a topic.

    NAQGCON Volunteer Class Instructor/Demo/Make & Take-it Registration

    If you would like to volunteer at this years’ conference to teach a class, demonstrate, or a simple make-it/take-it for attendees and the public to try, please fill out this form to submit it to the Host. If the below information is not yet known, you must still notify the Host ASAP of your intent and then return the filled-out form to the Host when the information is known.

    Be prepared to provide the host with an image of the item(s) 6 weeks before the conference. It's highly recommended that you provide detailed written instructions at class time for your students.

    Instructor/Class hours:
    Friday, May 9th; 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. (subject to change)
    Saturday, May 10th; 9:00 A.M. – 11:45 A.M. (if needed)

    Demo/Make & Take-it hours: Saturday 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

    I would be willing to teach on Saturday morning if necessary.

    Standard items members should bring: Slotted and needle quilling tool, scissors, glue, 1 or 2 sleeves of quilling paper (multiple sizes and colors), work board, ruler.

    Other items/supplies class participants might need to furnish and bring would be: X-acto or craft knife; double stick/scotch tape; sticky foam dots; piece of cardboard or cardstock; embossing/molding tool; etc.
